Small domestic animals, including dogs, cats, potbellied pigs, hen chickens, and all animals recognized by regulation promulgated by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife as domestic animals. Up to four adult small domestic animals per unit may be kept on parcels of up to one-half acre in size, in addition to no more than four (4) hen chickens and roosters are prohibited. Waste bins should be placed by 6:00 a.m. on collection day. Bins should be placed side by side at two (2) feet apart and three (3) feet away from parked cars and other objects. “Encroachment” means any type of construction or work or the placing of any object or thing, whether permanent or temporary, within the public right of way. Such obstructions or encroachments include, but are not limited to, overgrown trees and shrub, building materials, merchandise or other personal property.

Recreation vehicles parked on residential lots recorded on or before August 23, 1984 must be parked at least 5 feet from the sidewalk, street right-of-way or property line, whichever is farther.

Recreation vehicles parked on residential lots created after August 23, 1984 may not be parked in a required setback adjacent to a public street.

Rv's must not encroach the public right of way.

Parking or storage of any vehicle, boat, trailer, camper, motor home or other mobile equipment, are prohibited on front lawns, or in front or street side yard setbacks, except on paved driveways and other legal parking spaces. Lawn parking may contaminate the groundwater with engine oil, cause for potential fire starter during high temperatures, and also compresses soil, making it difficult for grass to grow.
