Bryte Park is currently at 35% design and design is expected
to be complete by the fall of 2024. The design will include a new aquatics facility. In September 2024, the City was awarded 15 million dollars of grant funding for the project from the National Park Service’s Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership (ORLP) Grants Program. The City cannot begin construction until a signed grant agreement is in place, which would likely not occur until November 2025.
